YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility as the Director of Nursing(DON.)
The Director of Nursing (DON) will lead and oversee our Nursing Department. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative andefficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. You will perform a range of duties, including maintaining the Nursing Department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
